Mitigation of CO2 by phytoremediation technologies is another option for CO2 reduction strategies. The paper observes the variation of CO2 levels at Yangsuri greenhouse, Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. Although several data about CO2 removal by green plants have been reviewed, currently, there is still limited data on the real sites at the greenhouse. This study examined the effect of elevated CO2 concentrations on the performance of greenhouse removing CO2. It has shown that Yangsuri greenhouse can remove CO2 up to 84% at CO2 elevation of 2,500 ppm. The C sequestration is approximately of 0.94 kg C/m2/yr.-
