dc.description.abstractEmbedded electrodes structure is proposed to enhance capacitance tunability of the co-planar type capacitor for tunable microwave filter application. When the embedded electrodes structure is adopted, it is predicted that tunability is enhanced because variable part of capacitance increases while constant part decreases. We think the embedded structure may also reduce radiation loss of microwave device because the secondary ferroelectric thin film covers the electrodes of device.-
