Direct image transmission of a multi-pixel image through a multi-mode optical fiber was realized by using point reference beam and fiber output beam pattern holograms. Each reference beam has its own beam incidence angle to the fiber output beam pattern hologram to minimize the interaction among the fiber output beam patterns. The fiber output beam pattern hologram generates fiber output beam patterns corresponding to the focused laser beams of different spatial locations on the fiber input surface. The transmitted image through the fiber is formed by combination of points in the point reference beam hologram.-
