Abstract
Thermogelling pluronic F127 has been studied extensively as a biocompatible material for drug delivery system and tissue engineering. In this study, novel temperature-sensitive Pluronic F127 (F) derivatives were synthesized, and cell-adhesion peptide, Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD), was then grafted to F127-glycolide-4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride (FGM).
