- Controlled delivery of growth factors to target cells or tissues is particularly important in regulating stem cell differentiation into specific cell lineages. However, it is still challenging to meet the need of specific factors in a spatial and temporal manner. Primary focus of this study is to evaluate whether temporally different delivery of chondrogenic factor can influence the progress of chondrogenesis of stem cell.
