Abstract
Four feature 3D pharmacophore was generated using seven highly active 5-HT2C agonists. Hits from this pharmacophore had moderate activity HipHopRefine pharmacophore with more discrimination power was generated at second stage. Virtual screening hits of commercial database using HipHopRefine pharmacophore resulted more active leads.
