Abstract
Organic solar cells (OSCs) are the next generation for renewable energy sources. To commercialize OSCs, it should be low cost and high efficient. One of the important layers in OSCs to be high efficiency is the anode buffer layer which is used for hole transporting layer. The poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is usually using for this layer that influences on the series resistance, shunt resistance and short-circuit current density (Jsc), fill factor(FF).
