- Recent imaging techniques are very useful to diagnosis and increase therapy efficiency of diverse diseases. siRNA therapy has a hurdle for its’ clinical application due to difficulty in delivery to target site. Therefore we developed a novel nano-sized siRNA carrier system and examined the biodistribution and gene silencing of this system in vitro and in vivo, using fluorescent imaging techniques.
