- Hydrophobically modified glycol chitosn nanoparticles exhibited distinguished biocompatibility and tumor-homing ability in both cell culture system and tumor-bearing mice in many papers. Their superior tumor-homing ability enables successful cancer imaging with fluorescence, MR, CT, and so on. And it was also examined in various in vivo cancer models.
