Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of PAG oil concentration on heat transfer performance and pressure drop during gas cooling process of carbon dioxide, the experiments on outdoor heat exchanger of carbon dioxide heat pump were performed. The experimental apparatus consists of a gas cooler, a heater, a chiller, a mass flow meter, a pump and measurement system. Experiments were conducted in various experimental conditions, which were inlet temperatures(100, 110℃), mass flow rate(60, 65, 70g/s) and PAG oil concentration(0, 1, 3wt%). The test results showed that heat transfer performance was decreased by 1% and the pressure drop was increased by 13% when the oil concentration was increased from 0 to 3 wt.%.
