- Phytoncide and sirolimus demonstrated no significant difference of cytotoxicity in SMC. These results suggested that phytoncide can substitute to sirolimus. Coating surface was confirmed by SEM. As the result, the surface showed smooth form and it may inhibit platelet adhesion. We evaluated the release profile of phytoncide coated on stainless steel. Phytoncide would be a promising drug to replace existing drugs using in DES.
