Abstract
Because Multi-functional Administrative City(MAC) will be constructed at farms and forests, impermeable area such as roads, building will be increased fairly. Then, water recycling, low carbon emission and green city project should be considered as urban safety factors for adapting climate change. To prevent this disaster, the concern and necessity on rainwater management plan of total city area is being increased continuously. In this study, the school facility which will be installed in MAC is focused. The objectives are followed; 1) the prediction of the efficiency of water usage and the determination of tank size and catchment when installing rainwater facilities, 2) the estimation of optimal rainwater storage tank volume, and 3) suggestion with characteristics of the school facilities for rainwater design plan
