Abstract
An efficient FDTD modeling method which is extended DG-FDTD method with approximately modeled antenna is suggested to calculate the electromagnetic fields radiated from the ingested antenna placed in the human body model. The electric fields calculated by the proposed method are similar to the fully fine grid results. Therefore the proposed method will be applicable for accurate and fast estimation on electromagnetic radiation from any implanted antenna in the human body.
