- We proposed a method for extracting an autonomous PC
activity usage patterns in PC environment. We applied an
accelerometer to detect user actions while no event happens in
user PC, so that it allows better understanding of user context.
We also suggested temporal QT clustering to summarize the
primitive data acquired from the sequential PC usage logs. Our
ongoing research is to translate the clustered activity groups into
natural language sentences as a diary contents. For the future
work, we have a plan to build a desktop system that supports
contextual search using cues based on user activity with PC.
