Abstract
◎ The carbon was synthesized by plasma torch process without and with boron gas phase. ◎ Raman spectra shows that the crystallinity of boron-doped carbon increase with increasing the doping concentration. Consequently, the ID/IG value decreased and D-band frequency is upshifted by ~7cm-1. ◎ The cyclic voltammetry profiles show rectangular shape which was similar to that of EDLCs. ◎ The B(1%)-doped carbon electrode showed the highest specific capacities at relative high rate (~100C) ◎ IR drop of B(1%)-doped carbon is small because of high electrical conductivity compared to other samples.
