Abstract
Behavior of place cells of the CA1 KO shows the tendency of impaired spatial information and cross correlation during the sessions. Place field stability between the two session is impaired in the conditional KO mice. Place cells of the KO shows that other spatial representative behaviors such as coherence and field size is normal. Open field and Novel object recognition test indicate that the KO mice have normal locomotion activity and object recognition ability.
