- The visual contrast of moiré patterns decreases with
lower ratio of periods. We found how to simulate the low
contrast moiré waves through the easy recognizable high
contrast waves with another relative size. This is useful
in improving the accuracy of measurements of the
wavevector of the moiré patterns in 3D displays.
