Abstract
The researches on organic memory device have focused on synthesis of various organic materials, device fabrication, device testing, and design of device structure or memory architectures. Recently, due to the great interests on printed or printable electronics, many researchers have introduced various printing techniques for fabricating organic devices such as organic photovoltaic (OPV), organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). In this research, we fabricated printing technique based organic memory devices and measured their electrical properties.
