Abstract
.Ordered long graphitic layers is developed easily along edges of less dense area. .When interaction between short fringes and substrate becomes weak, the fringes can move easily and be merged into long and thick graphitic layers . .Graphitic layers of carbon nano film using isotropic pitch as a carbon precursor from petroleum residual oil show stiff layers below 1500 ℃.
