Abstract
We present the results of a Q-switched mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser incorporating a graphene oxide-deposited D-shaped fiber as a polarization sensitive saturable absorber. High quality of Q-switched mode-locked pulses can be readily generated from an erbium fiber ring cavity.
