Abstract
Porous PLGA scaffold with Mg nanoparticles (Mg-NPs) was prepared successfully by using ice microparticles. SEM images demonstrated that the PLGA scaffold has porous structure. And the quantitative analysis of Mg-NPs in the scaffold was evaluated by TGA. As a result, the Mg-NPs in fabricated porous scaffold almost include without loss. On the other hand, we confirmed that the pH was neutralized in the scaffold with Mg-NPs. In vitro cell culture and in vivo experiments are still in progress.
