- Nickel-base structured catalysts have been widely used on the steam CO2 reforming (SCR) on methane for the production of syngas
in GTL-FPSO. Much efforts are still necessary to achieve high catalytic activity by elaborate control over the morphology and structure of
nano-structured catalysts. The Ni-based catalysts were prepared by the solid phase crystallization and impregnation methods.
The Ni-based catalysts were prepared by an impregnation method and tried SCR under condition of 700℃, 1atm. The conversion of feed and synthesis gas ratio by control the concentration of H2O. And synthesis gas ratio have been studied for the application in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, the synthesis gas ratio of H2/CO = 1.85-2.0 in the SCR. Thus the experiments were carried out by adjusting the CH4/H2O/CO2 ratio in the fixed bed reactor system.
