dc.description.abstractA simple and rapid lipidomic methodology using UPLC-QTOF-MS to detect and identify lipid metabolites from human serum was used in this study. The human serum samples from healthy control group, stable angina patient group and unstable angina / myocardial infarction patient group were successfully analyzed and significant differences in lipid profiles were found especially in phosphatidylcholines, lysophosphatidylcholines and fatty acids. These findings might be helpful to search the diagnostic biomarker of stable angina and myocardial infarction.-
