Abstract
We monitored retinitis pigmentosa (RP), which is one of major ophthalmological diseases. Since most of the ophthalmological diseases affect transparent retinal layers, imaging technique for transparent object is strongly required. In this paper, we observed retinal layers affected by the progress of RP by utilizing DIC microscopy as a diagnostic tool.
