Abstract
In this work, we propose a sensor network system composed of multiple sensor units for recognition of human information. Its multiple information such as location, facial identification and gesture of human is seamlessly transferred among sensor units by a global location based fusion method. There are ambient or mobile type sensor unit; the ambient type sensor unit comprises pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ), RGB-Depth (RGBD) cameras and controller. And the mobile type sensor unit such as mobile robot platform is overlaid in the sensor network. In the experiment, we tested fusion of human information over a heterogeneous sensor network that consists of four ambient type units and a mobile robot platform.
