Abstract
Using the cross gain modulation (XGM) characteristics of semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs), all-optical multi-functional logic gates including XOR, NOR, and NAND gates are successfully demonstrated at 10 Gbps by using VPI simulation tool. ?2006 IEEE.
