<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">All&#x20;solid-state&#x20;lithium&#x20;thin&#x20;film&#x20;batteries&#x20;with&#x20;olivine&#x20;cathode&#x20;materials&#x20;on&#x20;polyimide&#x20;substrates&#x20;were&#x20;fabricated&#x20;by&#x20;radio&#x20;frequency&#x20;(RF)&#x20;magnetron&#x20;sputtering.&#x20;The&#x20;X-ray&#x20;diffraction&#x20;patterns&#x20;show&#x20;these&#x20;thin&#x20;films&#x20;have&#x20;the&#x20;phase&#x20;of&#x20;cathode&#x20;materials&#x20;with&#x20;an&#x20;ordered&#x20;olivine&#x20;structure&#x20;indexed&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;orthorhombic&#x20;Pmna&#x20;space&#x20;group.&#x20;The&#x20;olivine&#x20;cathode&#x20;thin&#x20;films&#x20;deposited&#x20;on&#x20;polyimide&#x20;substrates&#x20;exhibit&#x20;the&#x20;14.7&#x20;mu&#x20;Ah&#x2F;lambda&#x20;m.cm(2)&#x20;discharge&#x20;capacity.&#x20;Therefore,&#x20;we&#x20;expect&#x20;that&#x20;all&#x20;solid-state&#x20;lithium&#x20;thin&#x20;film&#x20;batteries&#x20;are&#x20;applicable&#x20;as&#x20;a&#x20;power&#x20;source&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;glucose&#x20;sensor.</dcvalue>
