<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Utrasound&#x20;stimulation&#x20;has&#x20;been&#x20;regarded&#x20;as&#x20;the&#x20;promising&#x20;method&#x20;for&#x20;haptic&#x20;engineering.&#x20;As&#x20;the&#x20;first&#x20;step&#x20;for&#x20;the&#x20;successful&#x20;implementation&#x20;of&#x20;this&#x20;technique,&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;feeling&#x20;induced&#x20;by&#x20;focused&#x20;ultrasound&#x20;stimulation&#x20;is&#x20;studied&#x20;in&#x20;this&#x20;paper.&#x20;Experiments&#x20;about&#x20;radiation&#x20;force&#x20;and&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;feeling&#x20;were&#x20;conducted,&#x20;and&#x20;the&#x20;results&#x20;buttress&#x20;the&#x20;hypothesis&#x20;that&#x20;vibrotactile&#x20;feeling&#x20;induced&#x20;by&#x20;FUS&#x20;is&#x20;mainly&#x20;caused&#x20;by&#x20;the&#x20;acoustic&#x20;radiation&#x20;force.</dcvalue>
