<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">구리도금용&#x20;전해액에&#x20;유기첨가제인&#x20;Ralufon#14을&#x20;가하여&#x20;평판&#x20;구리&#x20;박막을&#x20;제작하고&#x20;구리&#x20;박막의&#x20;결정구조,&#x20;입도,&#x20;비저항,&#x20;표면거칠기&#x20;및&#x20;반사계수를&#x20;분석하였다.&#x20;전해액만으로&#x20;도금한&#x20;구리&#x20;박막에&#x20;비해&#x20;Ralufon#14을&#x20;첨가하면&#x20;구리의&#x20;결정성과&#x20;표면거칠기가&#x20;변화하며&#x20;비저항이&#x20;크게&#x20;감소한다.&#x20;또한&#x20;순수&#x20;전해액으로만&#x20;제작한&#x20;구리&#x20;박막과&#x20;비교하였을&#x20;때&#x20;Ralufon#14를&#x20;첨가하여&#x20;제작한&#x20;구리&#x20;박막의&#x20;반사계수는&#x20;크게&#x20;증가한다.&#x20;Ralufon#14의&#x20;첨가&#x20;여부는&#x20;도금&#x20;구리&#x20;박막의&#x20;물성에는&#x20;큰&#x20;변화를&#x20;야기하지만&#x20;그&#x20;변화는&#x20;Ralufon#14의&#x20;농도에는&#x20;의존하지&#x20;않는다.</dcvalue>
