<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">A&#x20;new&#x20;microwave&#x20;dielectric&#x20;system&#x20;based&#x20;on&#x20;zinc&#x20;titanates&#x20;was&#x20;investigated.&#x20;The&#x20;system&#x20;comprising&#x20;of&#x20;ZnO-TiO2,&#x20;(Zn,&#x20;Mg)TiO3,&#x20;and&#x20;Zn(Ba,&#x20;Ca,&#x20;Sr)TiO3&#x20;exhibited&#x20;low&#x20;sintering&#x20;temperature,&#x20;temperature&#x20;compensating&#x20;characteristics,&#x20;and&#x20;relatively&#x20;high&#x20;quality&#x20;factors&#x20;compared&#x20;with&#x20;those&#x20;of&#x20;other&#x20;low&#x20;temperature&#x20;sintering&#x20;microwave&#x20;dielectrics.&#x20;The&#x20;microwave&#x20;properties&#x20;were&#x20;mainly&#x20;depended&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;phase&#x20;composition&#x20;and&#x20;the&#x20;stability.&#x20;The&#x20;quality&#x20;factors&#x20;and&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficients&#x20;of&#x20;resonance&#x20;frequency&#x20;of&#x20;pure&#x20;zinc&#x20;titanate&#x20;were&#x20;improved&#x20;by&#x20;the&#x20;substitution&#x20;of&#x20;Zn&#x20;with&#x20;Ba,&#x20;Ca,&#x20;Sr,&#x20;and&#x20;Mg.</dcvalue>
