<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">A&#x20;simple&#x20;and&#x20;industrially&#x20;scalable&#x20;ultrasonic&#x20;spraying&#x20;was&#x20;used&#x20;to&#x20;prepare&#x20;an&#x20;ultrasmooth&#x20;transparent&#x20;conductive&#x20;films&#x20;(TCFs)&#x20;of&#x20;graphene&#x20;oxide&#x20;(GO)&#x20;and&#x20;single-walled&#x20;nanotube&#x20;(SWNT).&#x20;The&#x20;hybridization&#x20;of&#x20;two-dimensional&#x20;reduced&#x20;GO&#x20;(rGO)&#x20;and&#x20;one-dimensional&#x20;SWNT&#x20;on&#x20;polymethylmethacrylate&#x20;(PMMA)&#x20;film&#x20;resulted&#x20;in&#x20;flexible&#x20;TCFs.&#x20;The&#x20;vapor&#x20;treatment&#x20;of&#x20;nitric&#x20;acid&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;rGO&#x2F;SWNT&#x20;film&#x20;revealed&#x20;a&#x20;significant&#x20;decrease&#x20;in&#x20;sheet&#x20;resistance.&#x20;The&#x20;peeled-off&#x20;rGO&#x2F;SWNT&#x2F;PMMA&#x20;film&#x20;from&#x20;the&#x20;glass&#x20;substrate&#x20;exhibited&#x20;an&#x20;exceptionally&#x20;low&#x20;surface&#x20;roughness&#x20;of&#x20;0.54&#x20;nm&#x20;with&#x20;a&#x20;light&#x20;transmittance&#x20;of&#x20;85%&#x20;and&#x20;a&#x20;sheet&#x20;resistance&#x20;of&#x20;153&#x20;MD.&#x20;The&#x20;sheet&#x20;resistance&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;TCFs&#x20;films&#x20;changed&#x20;little&#x20;under&#x20;500&#x20;bending.&#x20;(C)&#x20;2016&#x20;Elsevier&#x20;B.V.&#x20;All&#x20;rights&#x20;reserved.</dcvalue>
