<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">고,&#x20;혁신&#x20;활동과&#x20;생산성과의&#x20;관계를&#x20;탐색하는&#x20;논문이다.&#x20;대표적인&#x20;생산성분석&#x20;방법론인자료포락분석(DEA)와&#x20;확률적&#x20;변경분석(SFA)을&#x20;이용하여&#x20;기업의&#x20;효율성을&#x20;측정하였다.&#x20;또한&#x20;연구개발투자,&#x20;기술교육,&#x20;특허,&#x20;기술제휴&#x20;등의&#x20;혁신활동이&#x20;효율성에&#x20;미치는효과를&#x20;측정하였다.&#x20;실증분석에&#x20;따르면,&#x20;임베디드&#x20;소프트웨어&#x20;산업은&#x20;효율성&#x20;향상을위하여&#x20;노동투입(기술인력)의&#x20;확대가&#x20;효과적임을&#x20;확인하였으며,&#x20;이는&#x20;다른&#x20;소프트웨어산업과&#x20;마찬가지로&#x20;노동집약적인&#x20;산업의&#x20;특성이기도&#x20;하다.&#x20;기업의&#x20;혁신활동&#x20;중에&#x20;기술제휴는&#x20;DEA와&#x20;SFA&#x20;두&#x20;가지&#x20;방법론에서&#x20;모두&#x20;양의&#x20;효과가&#x20;관측되어,&#x20;타기업(산업)과의협력이&#x20;임베디드&#x20;기업의&#x20;효율성&#x20;증가에&#x20;매우&#x20;유효한&#x20;방법임을&#x20;확인하였다.</dcvalue>
