<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">We&#x20;describe&#x20;a&#x20;highly&#x20;sensitive,&#x20;multiplex&#x20;immunoassay&#x20;utilizing&#x20;gold&#x20;nanoparticles&#x20;for&#x20;conjugation&#x20;of&#x20;detection&#x20;antibodies&#x20;with&#x20;signal&#x20;generators.&#x20;The&#x20;method&#x20;has&#x20;been&#x20;compared&#x20;with&#x20;conventional&#x20;methods&#x20;and&#x20;evaluated&#x20;for&#x20;simultaneous&#x20;detection&#x20;of&#x20;two&#x20;different&#x20;biomarkers&#x20;in&#x20;human&#x20;serum.</dcvalue>
