<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">A&#x20;platform&#x20;that&#x20;provides&#x20;a&#x20;fundamental&#x20;tool&#x20;to&#x20;understand&#x20;protein&#x20;behavior&#x20;by&#x20;a&#x20;simple&#x20;real-time&#x20;electrical&#x20;readout&#x20;is&#x20;demonstrated.&#x20;Observing&#x20;the&#x20;temperature&#x20;dependence&#x20;of&#x20;protein&#x20;activity&#x20;as&#x20;well&#x20;as&#x20;the&#x20;humidity-sensitive&#x20;protein&#x20;activity&#x20;of&#x20;a&#x20;prostate-specific&#x20;antigen&#x20;(PSA)&#x20;monoclonal&#x20;antibody&#x20;receptor&#x20;(MAbs),&#x20;as&#x20;well&#x20;as&#x20;PSA&#x20;MAbs&#x20;receptor&#x20;complexes,&#x20;provides&#x20;a&#x20;stability&#x20;curve&#x20;for&#x20;the&#x20;protein&#x20;and&#x20;a&#x20;humidity&#x20;dependence&#x20;of&#x20;their&#x20;activity.</dcvalue>
