<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">A&#x20;dense&#x20;nanostructured&#x20;TiC&#x20;with&#x20;a&#x20;relative&#x20;density&#x20;of&#x20;up&#x20;to&#x20;98%&#x20;was&#x20;produced&#x20;with&#x20;simultaneous&#x20;application&#x20;of&#x20;80&#x20;MPa&#x20;pressure&#x20;and&#x20;pulsed&#x20;current&#x20;of&#x20;2800&#x20;A&#x20;using&#x20;the&#x20;nanopowder&#x20;of&#x20;TiC.&#x20;The&#x20;effect&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;ball&#x20;milling&#x20;times&#x20;on&#x20;the&#x20;sintering&#x20;behavior,&#x20;grain&#x20;size&#x20;and&#x20;mechanical&#x20;properties&#x20;of&#x20;binderless&#x20;TiC&#x20;was&#x20;investigated.</dcvalue>
