It has become most important issues how to contribute ownership of National Research and Development Intangible Results among the institutesThere is a regulations regarding Ownership of National Research and Development Intangible Results which is REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters necessary for planning, evaluation and management of the national research and development project pursuant to Article 11 of the Framework Act on Science and Technology. All research institutes, universities, and company etc should make decide to Ownership of National Research and Development Intangible Results under the REGULATIONThis paper proposes to enact reasonable and applicable provisions regarding how to manage Ownership of Research and Development Intangible Results. (1) Enact the individual Act relating to National Research and Development such as Bayh-Dole Act in United States of America (2) Both Profit Corporations and Non-Profit Corporations share the Ownership of Patent right. IF Profit Corporations conducting self-license should distribute the Sales or profit by Non-Profit Corporations (3) Make guidelines including variety options to ownership National Research and Development Intangible Results and strength support to all participants(4) Guaranty for enough time to make contract before starting Research and Development, and unification to regulations different from each government. Survival in today’s fast-paced business environment requires knowledge of how to conduct technology commercialization. High potential for utilization of a technology, high possibility for its success in the industry. It is best way to bring a solution to get rid of the irrational issues about ownership of National Research and Development Intangible Results.
