<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">공기&#x20;중에서&#x20;산소를&#x20;분리하기&#x20;위하여&#x20;2탑&#x20;PSA&#x20;공정을&#x20;이용한&#x20;4단계&#x20;기본공정&#x20;공급기체의&#x20;유량과&#x20;세정기체의&#x20;유량이&#x20;생성물의&#x20;순도와&#x20;유량에&#x20;미치는&#x20;영향을&#x20;살펴보았다.&#x20;4단계&#x20;기본&#x20;공정에&#x20;생성물가압&#x20;단계를&#x20;도입하면&#x20;생성물의&#x20;순도와&#x20;유량을&#x20;증가시키고,&#x20;압력균등화단계를&#x20;도입한&#x20;경우에는&#x20;생성물의&#x20;유량이&#x20;크게&#x20;증가한다는&#x20;사실을&#x20;확인할&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.&#x20;현재&#x20;상용화되어&#x20;있는&#x20;의료용&#x20;산소&#x20;발생기&#x20;사양인&#x20;5&#x20;ℓ&#x2F;min&#x20;유량에서&#x20;순도&#x20;90%의&#x20;산소를&#x20;얻기&#x20;위해&#x20;시제품을&#x20;제작하여&#x20;산소의&#x20;순도&#x20;및&#x20;유량에&#x20;관한&#x20;실험을&#x20;수행하였다.</dcvalue>
