<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">We&#x20;have&#x20;succeeded&#x20;in&#x20;preparing&#x20;TiO2&#x20;film&#x20;at&#x20;low-temperature&#x20;using&#x20;a&#x20;binder-free&#x20;paste&#x20;and&#x20;a&#x20;process&#x20;of&#x20;low-temperature&#x20;crystallization&#x20;of&#x20;anatase&#x20;formed&#x20;from&#x20;hydrolysis&#x20;of&#x20;TiCl4&#x20;at&#x20;150&#x20;degrees&#x20;C.&#x20;The&#x20;electron&#x20;diffusion&#x20;coefficient&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;chemically&#x20;assisted&#x20;sintered&#x20;dye-sensitized&#x20;solar&#x20;cell&#x20;(DSSC)&#x20;was&#x20;3&#x20;times&#x20;larger&#x20;at&#x20;the&#x20;1&#x20;x&#x20;10(17)&#x20;photons&#x20;flux&#x20;than&#x20;that&#x20;of&#x20;non-sintered&#x20;one.&#x20;This&#x20;is&#x20;thought&#x20;to&#x20;be&#x20;ascribed&#x20;from&#x20;the&#x20;formation&#x20;of&#x20;inter-connecting&#x20;TiO2&#x20;between&#x20;the&#x20;TiO2&#x20;nanoparticles&#x20;by&#x20;chemically&#x20;assisted&#x20;sintering&#x20;process.&#x20;(C)&#x20;2009&#x20;Elsevier&#x20;B.V.&#x20;All&#x20;rights&#x20;reserved.</dcvalue>
