<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Semi-batch&#x20;고압반응기에서&#x20;구리촉매를&#x20;이용한&#x20;디메틸카보네이트(DMC)&#x20;합성에&#x20;대하여&#x20;연구하였다.&#x20;DMC는&#x20;메탄올을&#x20;일산화탄소와&#x20;산소로&#x20;직접&#x20;산화성&#x20;카르보닐화하여&#x20;합성되었다.&#x20;부식속도는&#x20;반응기에&#x20;스테인레스스틸&#x20;시험&#x20;조각을&#x20;미리&#x20;넣어서&#x20;반응하는&#x20;동안&#x20;그&#x20;무게&#x20;변화를&#x20;측정하여&#x20;구하였다.&#x20;DMC의&#x20;수율을&#x20;크게&#x20;낮추지&#x20;않고&#x20;부식속도를&#x20;낮추기&#x20;위하여&#x20;아민,&#x20;올레핀,&#x20;다른&#x20;금속염과&#x20;같은&#x20;첨가제를&#x20;사용하였다.&#x20;1-메틸이미다졸을&#x20;첨가제로&#x20;사용하면&#x20;부식&#x20;없이&#x20;18.6%의&#x20;DMC&#x20;수율을&#x20;얻을&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.&#x20;DMC의&#x20;사용량을&#x20;줄이면&#x20;0.5%의&#x20;낮은&#x20;부식속도로&#x20;33.2%의&#x20;DMC&#x20;높은&#x20;수율을&#x20;얻을&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.</dcvalue>
