<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">본&#x20;논문은&#x20;최근&#x20;Device용&#x20;미들웨어로&#x20;부각되고&#x20;있는&#x20;UPnP를&#x20;로봇&#x20;미들웨어로&#x20;사용하는&#x20;것을&#x20;제안한다.&#x20;본&#x20;논문에서는&#x20;UPnP의&#x20;장점을&#x20;보이기&#x20;위해서&#x20;현재&#x20;몇몇&#x20;로봇개발에&#x20;사용된&#x20;TAO&#x20;CORBA와&#x20;비교분석을&#x20;하였다.&#x20;또한,&#x20;하나의&#x20;sample&#x20;로봇&#x20;아키텍처를&#x20;잡고,&#x20;여기에&#x20;UPnP를&#x20;로봇&#x20;미들웨어로&#x20;사용하는&#x20;것을&#x20;실험하여,&#x20;소프트웨어&#x20;아키텍처,&#x20;message&#x20;mapping,&#x20;realtime&#x20;이슈,&#x20;우선순위,&#x20;네트웍,&#x20;성능,&#x20;메모리&#x20;용량,&#x20;그리고&#x20;소프트웨어&#x20;배치(deployment)&#x20;등의&#x20;관점에서&#x20;UPnP가&#x20;로봇&#x20;미들웨어로&#x20;사용될&#x20;수&#x20;있음을&#x20;보였다.</dcvalue>
