<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">In&#x20;order&#x20;to&#x20;optimize&#x20;fundamental&#x20;data&#x20;on&#x20;determination&#x20;of&#x20;endocrine&#x20;-&#x20;disrupting&#x20;chemicals&#x20;such&#x20;as&#x20;alkylphneols&#x0A;(APs)&#x20;and&#x20;bis&#x20;phenol&#x20;A&#x20;(BPA),&#x20;various&#x20;conditions&#x20;such&#x20;as&#x20;change&#x20;of&#x20;cartridge,&#x20;change&#x20;of&#x20;derivatization&#x0A;time&#x20;and,&#x20;temperature&#x20;were&#x20;tested.&#x20;The&#x20;results&#x20;obtained&#x20;in&#x20;this&#x20;study&#x20;show&#x20;that&#x20;optimum&#x20;derivatization&#x0A;time&#x20;and&#x20;temperature&#x20;was&#x20;90oC,&#x20;30min,&#x20;respectively.&#x20;High&#x20;efficiency&#x20;cartridge&#x20;was&#x20;1.0&#x20;g&#x20;of&#x20;C18.&#x20;The&#x20;effects&#x0A;were&#x20;examined&#x20;from&#x20;several&#x20;conditions&#x20;of&#x20;various&#x20;photocatalysis&#x20;reaction&#x20;to&#x20;alkylphenols&#x20;degradation&#x20;by&#x0A;changing&#x20;its&#x20;reacting&#x20;conditions&#x20;such&#x20;as&#x20;alkylphenols&#x20;concentration,&#x20;pH,&#x20;photocatalyst&#x20;concentration,&#x20;H2O2&#x0A;concentration&#x20;and&#x20;intensity&#x20;of&#x20;ultraviolet&#x20;rays.</dcvalue>
