<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">전광&#x20;전가산기가&#x20;반도체&#x20;광증폭기에&#x20;기반을&#x20;둔&#x20;논리소자들을&#x20;이용하여&#x20;처음으로&#x20;제안되고&#x20;입증되었다.&#x20;전광&#x20;전가산기는&#x20;RZ&#x20;입력신호들을&#x20;이용하여&#x20;10&#x20;Gbit&#x2F;s에서&#x20;동작되었다.&#x20;전광&#x20;전가산기의&#x20;SUM과&#x20;CARRY를&#x20;구현하기&#x20;위해서&#x20;2개의&#x20;전광&#x20;XOR&#x20;논리소자와&#x20;4개의&#x20;전광&#x20;NOR&#x20;논리소자가&#x20;각각&#x20;이용되었다.&#x20;SUM과&#x20;CARRY가&#x20;동시에&#x20;구현되기&#x20;때문에&#x0A;전광&#x20;전가산기의&#x20;동작&#x20;특성이&#x20;10Gbit&#x2F;s에서&#x20;성공적으로&#x20;측정되었다.</dcvalue>
