<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">Plasticized&#x20;cellulose&#x20;acetates&#x20;processed&#x20;with&#x20;biofibers&#x20;like&#x20;industrial&#x20;hemp&#x20;and&#x20;henequen&#x20;were&#x20;investigated&#x20;with&#x20;respect&#x20;to&#x20;their&#x20;thermal,&#x20;morphological&#x20;and&#x20;rheological&#x20;characteristics.&#x20;Discernable&#x20;fibril&#x20;morphologies&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;biocomposites&#x20;were&#x20;observed&#x20;via&#x20;a&#x20;SEM&#x20;investigation.&#x20;Such&#x20;morphological&#x20;characteristics&#x20;were&#x20;further&#x20;analyzed&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;results&#x20;of&#x20;TGA&#x20;and&#x20;rheometry.&#x20;Furthermore,&#x20;the&#x20;obtained&#x20;rheological&#x20;properties&#x20;were&#x20;also&#x20;interpreted&#x20;in&#x20;conjunction&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;formation&#x20;and&#x20;destruction&#x20;of&#x20;internal&#x20;structure&#x20;in&#x20;biocomposites.</dcvalue>
