<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">개방단말&#x20;동축선&#x20;프로브는&#x20;넓은&#x20;주파수&#x20;대역에서&#x20;매질의&#x20;복소&#x20;유전율을&#x20;측정하는데&#x20;사용된다.&#x20;기준매질과&#x20;측정매질의&#x20;반사계수의&#x20;차이가&#x20;작은&#x20;경우에는,&#x20;기존의&#x20;동축선&#x20;프로브로&#x20;측정된&#x20;복소&#x20;유전율은&#x20;계측기의&#x20;불확정도(uncertainty)에&#x20;의해&#x20;심한&#x20;동요를&#x20;보인다.&#x20;본&#x20;논문에서는&#x20;기준매질과&#x20;측정매질의&#x20;반사계수&#x20;차이를&#x20;증가시키기&#x20;위하여&#x20;내심이&#x20;돌출된&#x20;개방단말&#x20;동축선&#x20;프로브를&#x20;제안하였다.&#x20;내심이&#x20;돌출된&#x20;개방단말&#x20;동축선&#x20;프로브의&#x20;타당성은&#x20;FDTD&#x20;수치해석과&#x20;실제&#x20;측정을&#x20;통해&#x20;확인하였다.</dcvalue>
