<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">In&#x20;this&#x20;study,&#x20;nanostructured&#x20;Fe-Co&#x20;powders&#x20;were&#x20;produced&#x20;by&#x20;mechanical&#x20;alloying&#x20;and&#x20;were&#x20;consolidated&#x20;at&#x20;700,&#x20;800,&#x20;900&#x20;and&#x20;1000degreesC&#x20;for&#x20;5&#x20;min&#x20;by&#x20;pulse&#x20;electric&#x20;current&#x20;sintering.&#x20;The&#x20;grain&#x20;sizes&#x20;of&#x20;these&#x20;mechanical&#x20;alloyed&#x20;powders&#x20;were&#x20;about&#x20;10-15&#x20;nm.&#x20;Density&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;specimen&#x20;sintered&#x20;at&#x20;900degreesC&#x20;was&#x20;about&#x20;98%,&#x20;and&#x20;grain&#x20;size&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;specimens&#x20;ranged&#x20;from&#x20;80&#x20;to&#x20;200&#x20;nm.&#x20;The&#x20;spontaneous&#x20;magnetization&#x20;for&#x20;the&#x20;alloy&#x20;powders&#x20;and&#x20;all&#x20;sintered&#x20;parts&#x20;areal&#x20;most&#x20;the&#x20;same&#x20;at&#x20;about&#x20;214&#x20;emu&#x2F;g.&#x20;The&#x20;nanostructured&#x20;Fe-Co&#x20;part&#x20;consolidated&#x20;at&#x20;700degreesC&#x20;for&#x20;5&#x20;min&#x20;has&#x20;a&#x20;lowest&#x20;coercivity&#x20;(19&#x20;Oe),&#x20;comparing&#x20;with&#x20;the&#x20;parts&#x20;consolidated&#x20;at&#x20;higher&#x20;temperatures.&#x20;(C)&#x20;2004&#x20;Elsevier&#x20;B.V.&#x20;All&#x20;rights&#x20;reserved.</dcvalue>
