<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">This&#x20;is&#x20;the&#x20;method&#x20;that&#x20;Ni+2&#x20;in&#x20;macroemulsion&#x20;have&#x20;deposit&#x20;in&#x20;Cu&#x20;substrate&#x20;after&#x20;Ni-plating&#x20;solution&#x2F;scCO2&#x0A;emulsion&#x20;using&#x20;the&#x20;surfactant&#x20;was&#x20;formed.&#x20;For&#x20;the&#x20;formation&#x20;of&#x20;emulsion,&#x20;we&#x20;synthesized&#x20;fluorocarbon-hydrocarbon&#x0A;hybrid&#x20;surfactants,&#x20;in&#x20;that,&#x20;sodium&#x20;salt&#x20;of&#x20;bis&#x20;(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol)&#x20;sulfosuccinate&#x20;which&#x20;has&#x20;both&#x20;‘CO2&#x0A;philic’&#x20;chains&#x20;and&#x20;‘hydrophilic’&#x20;head&#x20;group.&#x20;The&#x20;plating&#x20;solution&#x20;could&#x20;be&#x20;reduced&#x20;to&#x20;1&#x2F;2&#x20;times&#x20;by&#x20;this&#x20;new&#x20;electroplating&#x0A;method.&#x20;Quality&#x20;of&#x20;plated&#x20;ware&#x20;was&#x20;evaluated&#x20;by&#x20;using&#x20;the&#x20;brilliance,&#x20;the&#x20;uniformity&#x20;on&#x20;surface&#x20;of&#x20;plated&#x20;ware,&#x20;and&#x20;the&#x20;plating&#x20;thickness.&#x20;Plated&#x20;wares&#x20;were&#x20;compared&#x20;between&#x20;the&#x20;results&#x20;in&#x20;supercritical&#x20;condition&#x20;and&#x20;that&#x20;in&#x20;atmospheric&#x20;condition.</dcvalue>
