<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">음극부로의&#x20;산소확산을&#x20;줄이고&#x20;양극부&#x20;반응을&#x20;개선한&#x20;미생물&#x20;연료&#x20;전지형&#x20;BOD&#x20;센서를&#x20;강물과&#x20;같이&#x20;낮은&#x20;BOD&#x20;값을&#x20;측정하기&#x20;위하여&#x20;개발하였다.&#x20;저영양성&#x20;미생물을&#x20;이용한&#x20;미생물연료전지는&#x20;센서반응&#x20;(sensor-response)을&#x20;조사하기&#x20;위하여&#x20;인공폐수를&#x20;이용하여&#x20;연속&#x20;운전하였다.&#x20;최대&#x20;발생전류는&#x20;폐수&#x20;부하량이&#x20;31.2&#x20;μg&#x2F;min일&#x20;때&#x20;0.018&#x20;mA였다.&#x20;또한&#x20;유사한&#x20;미생물연료전지형&#x20;BOD&#x20;센서를&#x20;팔당&#x20;상수원에&#x20;설치하여&#x20;발생하는&#x20;신호와&#x20;BOD5사이의&#x20;상관관계를&#x20;조사하였다.&#x20;이때&#x20;BOD&#x20;sensor와&#x20;BOD5사이의&#x20;상관결정계수&#x20;(r2)&#x20;값은&#x20;0.981이었다.&#x20;미생물연료전지를&#x20;이용한&#x20;BOD&#x20;sensor는&#x20;반복성과&#x20;재현성&#x20;측면에서&#x20;좋은&#x20;운전&#x20;안정성을&#x20;보였다.</dcvalue>
