<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">In&#x20;a&#x20;hybrid&#x20;photovoltaic&#x20;device&#x20;of&#x20;ITO&#x2F;TiO2&#x2F;polymer&#x2F;Au,&#x20;the&#x20;photocurrent&#x20;was&#x20;characterized&#x20;with&#x20;different&#x20;temperature&#x20;by&#x20;using&#x20;regio-random&#x20;(P3HT)&#x20;and&#x20;regular&#x20;(RP3HT)&#x20;poly(3-hexyl&#x20;thiophene)s.&#x20;RP3FIT&#x20;showed&#x20;a&#x20;constant&#x20;photocurrent&#x20;at&#x20;temperatures&#x20;higher&#x20;than&#x20;195&#x20;K.&#x20;On&#x20;the&#x20;other&#x20;hand,&#x20;the&#x20;photocurrent&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;P3HT&#x20;device&#x20;decreased&#x20;gradually&#x20;below&#x20;room&#x20;temperature.&#x20;The&#x20;drift&#x20;charge&#x20;mobility&#x20;of&#x20;both&#x20;types&#x20;of&#x20;devices&#x20;was&#x20;calculated&#x20;by&#x20;the&#x20;space&#x20;charge&#x20;limited&#x20;current&#x20;(SCLC)&#x20;theory&#x20;using&#x20;dark&#x20;J-V&#x20;characteristics.&#x20;The&#x20;phtotocurrent&#x20;began&#x20;to&#x20;decrease&#x20;below&#x20;a&#x20;critical&#x20;mobility&#x20;range&#x20;of&#x20;10(-5)&#x20;cm(2)&#x2F;V.s.</dcvalue>
