<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">The&#x20;microwave&#x20;dielectric&#x20;properties&#x20;of&#x20;Ca[(Li1&#x2F;3Nb2&#x2F;3)(1-x)Ti-x]O3-delta&#x20;(0&#x20;less&#x20;than&#x20;or&#x20;equal&#x20;to&#x20;x&#x20;less&#x20;than&#x20;or&#x20;equal&#x20;to&#x20;0.5)&#x20;ceramics&#x20;have&#x20;been&#x20;investigated.&#x20;In&#x20;general,&#x20;the&#x20;ceramics&#x20;prepared&#x20;were&#x20;multiphase&#x20;materials.&#x20;However,&#x20;single&#x20;phase&#x20;specimens&#x20;having&#x20;orthorhombic&#x20;perovskite&#x20;structure&#x20;similar&#x20;to&#x20;CaTiO3&#x20;could&#x20;be&#x20;obtained&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;vicinity&#x20;of&#x20;x=0.25.&#x20;As&#x20;Ti&#x20;concentration&#x20;increased,&#x20;the&#x20;dielectric&#x20;constant&#x20;(epsilon(r))&#x20;increased,&#x20;the&#x20;quality&#x20;factor&#x20;Q&#x20;decreased&#x20;and&#x20;the&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficient&#x20;of&#x20;resonant&#x20;frequency&#x20;(tau(f))&#x20;changed&#x20;from&#x20;negative&#x20;to&#x20;positive&#x20;value.&#x20;The&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficient&#x20;of&#x20;resonant&#x20;frequency&#x20;of&#x20;O&#x20;ppm&#x2F;degrees&#x20;C&#x20;was&#x20;realized&#x20;at&#x20;x=0.05.&#x20;The&#x20;Q&#x20;.&#x20;f(0)&#x20;value&#x20;and&#x20;epsilon(r)&#x20;for&#x20;this&#x20;composition&#x20;were&#x20;found&#x20;to&#x20;be&#x20;27,800&#x20;GHz&#x20;and&#x20;32.3,&#x20;respectively.</dcvalue>
