<dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">In&#x20;our&#x20;present&#x20;study,&#x20;the&#x20;anomalous&#x20;variation&#x20;in&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficient&#x20;and&#x20;permittivity&#x20;of&#x20;(Ba1-xSrx)(Zn1&#x2F;3Nb2&#x2F;3)O-3&#x20;(BSZN)&#x20;with&#x20;chemical&#x20;composition&#x20;was&#x20;investigated&#x20;with&#x20;respect&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;order-disorder&#x20;behavior&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;system.&#x20;It&#x20;was&#x20;observed&#x20;that&#x20;dielectric&#x20;properties&#x20;such&#x20;as&#x20;permittivity,&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficient,&#x20;and&#x20;quality&#x20;factor&#x20;revealed&#x20;systematic&#x20;variation&#x20;not&#x20;only&#x20;with&#x20;composition&#x20;but&#x20;also&#x20;with&#x20;sintering&#x20;temperature.&#x20;The&#x20;origin&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;latter&#x20;variation&#x20;was&#x20;ascribed&#x20;to&#x20;the&#x20;change&#x20;in&#x20;bond&#x20;character&#x20;accompanied&#x20;by&#x20;the&#x20;order-disorder&#x20;behavior.&#x20;With&#x20;the&#x20;aid&#x20;of&#x20;X-ray&#x20;diffraction&#x20;accompanied&#x20;by&#x20;a&#x20;critical&#x20;review&#x20;of&#x20;previous&#x20;research,&#x20;it&#x20;is&#x20;suggested&#x20;that&#x20;a&#x20;short-range&#x20;modulation&#x20;of&#x20;crystal&#x20;structure&#x20;rather&#x20;than&#x20;a&#x20;change&#x20;in&#x20;long-range&#x20;crystal&#x20;structure&#x20;is&#x20;the&#x20;origin&#x20;of&#x20;the&#x20;temperature&#x20;coefficient&#x20;and&#x20;permittivity&#x20;anomalies&#x20;apparent&#x20;in&#x20;the&#x20;BSZN&#x20;system.</dcvalue>
